RPG Maker MV/MZ: Axis 2
A downloadable tool
This free plugin allows for setting up second gamepad axis. It does not provide input configuration in game as gamepads can have different setups based on the type.
For example:
My controller uses 2 for the Left-Right Axis and 5 for the Up-Down.
This plugin is intended for gamepad use with the projectile system but can be setup for other plugins.

This works Great :D
Like posted on the page,the index is different for each pad type, if you're using a Xbox One Wireless Controller like me you'll want to try index 3
