New: Parameters in Premade game and MZ plugin command setup to setup placement slot info
New: Game option parameter to allow card sacrifice from hand. (Not recommended to use outside testing due to imbalance effect)
New: Can now manually place cards in desired card slot. (Currently enemy AI does not acknowledge modified slot)
New: Slot parameter modifiers and slot properties
Fix: Missing parameter for premade game setup "Reset Negative Power"
Adjustment: Set default monster HP to 1
Adjustment: Modifications to enemy AI, it now performs card sacrifice reliably if a powerful card can be played.
Note: Currently ignore field effects will only ignore stat modifications.
Note: MV is not very capable of handling multiple animations running at the same time.
