Update: Improved Zones

Deleted: Old fixed zones which had very specific effects with limited customization
New: Initial zone parameter for actor and enemy zone
New: Zones can now be placed by item/skill effect
New: Zones can directly modify parameters (base, ex and sp) whilst a battler is on it
New: Zones can modify elemental rates
TODO: Overwrite zone effects
TODO: Character graphic effect whilst on or moving through zones.
