Currently, skill construct deals with skills which the actor has truly learnt for themselves. If the actor has not truly learnt the skill, they will not be able to enact skill tags upon them.

An update (Not 1.6) will be added in the future to allow for game designers to let actor construct skills be compatible with skill construct.

No bugs should occur from using the two together regardless of this.
