A lot of game designers do not take advantage of RPG Maker MZ's front view which, if the static faces were removed, would allow you to make view of animated battlers in the front view or animated faces!

FV Battlers follow the same space allocation as SV battlers with the only rule being that if you want to use faces, you need to set the image dimension as 1296 x 864.

(Using offsets is possible and it was how I had the battlers appear above their names in the gift above!)

FV actors use their own folder so there's not much chance to get confused in a sea of mixed up graphics. They also inherit behavior from the Sprite_Actor object so any modifications to that will be reflected in the FV Battler.

The FV Battlers will be able to use weapons but they must be customized for resized battlers.

It is possible to have a card-like appearance by having the battlers appear inside the box but it is very strict on the size of the sprite in that instance (refer to the 1296 x 864 image dimensions)

The Battle_Actor Window does NOT use the animated FV Battlers and instead will use the default face (if any)

Hello,

Is there any way to prevent the enemy targeting scene from resizing when having less than four party members?

For reference this screenshot is taken directly from the demo provided with only one party member present.

What is the issue with custom size SV_Actors?

(1 edit)

they just don't appear at all when playing, would be nice if you could provide a fix !

Do you have screenshots? Have you set them up in the database via plugin note tags?

Very cool mate. Do you knkw if this is compatible with Visustella?

(+1)

Unsure. Visustella has a variance in compatibility between what is publicly available and what is not. Best bet is no.

That is fair. Thank you for your response.
